Under scorching heat, street tennis » brought together, under the aegis of the county tennis committeethem seven clubs in the Montluçon area, yesterday, between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. In the parking lot of Athanor, a few brave people had come to grab hold of the handle.

A project under study also motivated the return of this meeting, organized every 3 years in Montluçon, but stopped during the Covid. “We are considering a covered structure, in Saint John. The new place would also allow the practice of padela sport that oscillates between squash and tennis.

Around 3 p.m., little Marie drew the winners of the raffle. The prizes ranged from a small gourd to a racket. “They are looking for girls, so they motivate her,” smiles her mother.
